well i been sexually active for three years now and well i want to find a way to tighten my vaginal muscles but i dont know how.......is there anyway u can do that?
i luked online for something my friend suggested me something called a shrinking cream that tightens ur muscles in 5 mins im realli confused about all this cause i never tried it......hepl plz!!! anyone know anything about this??????

I heard about kegel excercise, it supposedly stregthens the pelvic muscles.. You should try doing them but NOT while urinating u could give yourself a bladder infection.
