Dropped LCD TV?

I have a DTV Digital to Analog reciver and i live close by Rochester (in Avon(Zip 14414)) and i get 8, 10, 13, 21, and 31 contained by analog tv, so today we went to wal-mart and get two Magnavox TB100MW9 recivers, when we got home we hooked consequently up and in one room we procure like 4 CH 21 (WXXI) channel and one Fox 31 channel. and contained by the other room we only find Fox 31 and CH 13 (ABC), Why dont i get adjectives the channels contained by both of the rooms

Dtv is out of order?
I have dtv surrounded by my HD television but even connected to my antenna it is gone down. i get local channel but not dtv. My television keep saying signal is too low? Does anyone know what I entail to do. I have tried moving it to diverse locations and still will not get any positive results?

I know that I am one of the 5 households in this country that don't own cable or satellite, but I guess we have to switch our TV's to digital tuners. A computer monitor? My bro has a 26" samsung lcd tv for his computer monitor and also uses it to play games. It is without a flaw fine iv'e sat and use his notebook with that tv and it didnt hurt my eyes or anything. I am buying a 32" one for my room so i thought i might aswell do what my bro done and basically place it on my desk and use it for both my PC and my game console which will also gather money on buying a stand for my for tv. Do you think a 32" LCD TV is too big for a computer monitor? Does anyone else hold 1 this big for their pc?Thanks

I am looking to buy a 32" LCD TV and i don't know which i should buy. Either Samsung LE-32R87BDX or Sony Bravia KDL-32S3000. Here is a site that is comparing them side by side. Which should i be in motion for and why? I know the sony is a bit more expensive than the other but i found places where i could take it as cheap as the samsung one so don't include the price when you say your evaluation. The person who give me the best reasons will achieve 10 points easy. Thanks!

Flat Panel Tv.?
I have get a flat panel panasonic plasma 42 inch 42-inch TH-42PZ85U, comes with 1080P, I dont hold my Xbox 360 HDMI cables all the same. But for some reason when i tried to play Call of Duty 4, it have a little blur at the cinematic intro to the winter sport, kind of groggy when the screen get faster. Is that due to having component cable. Also my 2nd problem is, I go to my XBOX 360 menu, within where 1080i is the superlative i can set my xbox 360 on, when i click 1080P it return me back to the finishing settings i had, recitation me if i didnt see the "OK" screen after that meant that the peak resolution i wanted wasnt competent to be displayer, do you figure i.e. due to the HDMI cables or the spectator sport itself?, and does that also work for DvDs??

For $600-$1000, which LCD TV should I grasp?
To make the query harder, what if I'm constrained by Best Buy (I've got more or less $300 in grant certificates!)? At this price continuum, I am considering 32"-37" 720p LCDs, generally. I've hear that 720p is fine for sets of this size. One of my concerns is motion blur I fear may be adjectives on cheaper sets -- for example, I saw a lot of motion blur at Best Buy watching an NCAA tournament activity -- it became adjectives when player were moving fast. Game mode on my HDTV?
does it speed up response time or just a substitute for preset settings like brightness/contrast? i have my samsung HDTV since february and i've always used the activity mode when i play my ps3, but never knew what the difference is. adjectives i've noticed is that it made the eyeshade darker but it allows me to do the detailed settings. when i dont hold game mode on, it wont allow me to access the detailed settings... so heres the actual interrogate, does the game mode speed up the response time to prevent motion blur or its freshly a preset color option(its not under picture settings, its below setup settings) if it does speed up the response time, would it make more sense to disappear it on while watching cable tv so there wont be motion blurs? thankfulness

Getting audio from an HDMI dvd player connected to a DVI tube?
I have a DVI input on my HDTV, but my DVD player is HDMI. Am I simply stuck with have to run an optical link to my stereo to return with any audio? I know the DVI input on the HDTV won't transmit the audio coming from the HDMI output on the DVD player, but I'm trying to figure out if there's any means of access to get audio on the TV from the DVD player within this scenario.

GREEN tv??
I will be getting my dad's huge big screen TV soon, but it have some issues. When watching cable, it will sometimes be green, but other times, it will be fine. I haven't noticed it while watching a DVD, but I could be wrong. But it's probably not the cable because my parents hold a TV and cable in their room and it's never green, but they do hold a different "box" than the one with the big TV. So, my sound out is: if I plug an Xbox into it, will it also be green? If so, what can we do to fix it? THANKS!!

Half the picture is gone on my big peak tv?
I have a 2002 APEX reverse projection tv. 50% of the picture is gone, completely black. Spliting the screen surrounded by half are red, blue and green wavey lines. Adobe Premiere Pros : Help Please!?

I had those files in vob format and I converted them successfully to avi using 'leawo' converter. Now, I can import them to Premiere and play them on the source window but once get them on the timeline I get only a black video and a silent track??!! Yes, I tried to render them but no change still can't work on the timeline. I also tried to change the project refrences from PAL to NTSC and etc. but still doesn't work. Any suggestions what that might be?!

Hi there. It sounds like you ripped a DVd and are now left with the VOB files and want to important them to edit them in Premiere?

You have to re-encode the VOB file in order to work with it. However, rather than taking the time to do so (which can be quite a bit of time depending on file size), I often send my students to this tutorial for help. You can directly import the VOB files into Premiere and work with them.
